During that time Volunteer Realty became the largest real estate firm in East Tennessee with over 360 agents and over $380,000,000 in closings. In 1998, Volunteer Realty was purchased by Prudential Hilton Head Properties.
Paul Cosse' also served as President/CEO of Home Mortgage Brokers, Volunteer Realty's Mortgage banking subsidiary, from 1992 until 1998.
Prior to joining Volunteer Realty, Paul Cosse' was a Banker for over 15 years and served in leadership roles throughout his banking career. Paul served as Executive Vice President and Managing Officer of Security Trust Federal Savings Bank ( the 10th largest Savings Bank in Tennessee), Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings Bank, and Marketing Director of First Tennessee Bank.
